Welcoming ceremony in the Palace of Ente Parco
-Presentation of the project programme
-Presentation of Sicily
-Presentation of “UNESCO Global Geoparks, Biosphere Reserves and World Heritage Sites” and GGN (Global Geoparks Network), Madonie and Petralie
-Visit of Petralia Sottana and the geological urban path in Petralia -Visit of the Town Museum Collisani (Archeologic and Geologic)with a guide

TUESDAY 5 October
*Visit of geopark  Madonie through a net of paths of geological, natural and archaeological interest where the guests can admire foxily dated 230 million years ago.

* Alberi Monumentali, Piano Battaglia:  geologic path).During the visit to the park the participants with the help of guides and experts took photos to Mediterranean pieces of soils, fossils,  flora and wild fauna, bird watching (recognize and classify the birds by helping work booklet, guide and of project experts)

*Learning about why geoparks were created.

*Visit Museum in Polizzi  MAM (Nature e geology  of the island  Sicilia) .

*Educational centre with special materials and activities for teachers /staff 
*Meeting the Mayor 

WEDNESDAY 6 October
  Isnello:  –  griffins aviary;
– Reception of the Mayor
– Visit of the Urban Geologic Path 
At geopark area, participants can take their photos, observe, they can write down their experiments about the history of territory, wildlife animals, plants, and prepare an exhibition on Madonie Geopark
-a workshop on Climate change effects on Madonie with geoscientists of Geopark

– Visit Castelbuono Meeting Mayor. Visit Museum Civico,

The Castle e Museum del Risorgimento

THURSDAY 7 October
-Visit of Palermo historical centre showing to the partners Arabian, Roman, Greek, Spanish and Sweden monuments
-Visit Orto Botanico a collection of rare plants from all the world (free entry)

FRIDAY 8 OCTOBER
-Visit of Cefalù town 
-Meeting Mayor
-Preparing maps, pictures, photos,  for an exhibition at the Ente Parco Del MAdonie
-Inviting Lord Mayor and other authorities, staff, families, radio and media.

-Dissemination of the project results
-Farewell Ceremony & Certification 
– Farewell Dinner
